Currently, Bitget Wallet supports binding only with EVM-compatible chains like Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum. You’ll need to use an MPC wallet (wallet address starting with "0x") or an EVM mnemonic wallet to bind the accounts. Please note that hardware wallets, observation wallets, private key wallets, and wallets from other chains cannot be used for binding.
Follow these simple steps to bind your Bitget exchange account:
1) Download the Bitget Exchange App Make sure the Bitget Exchange app is installed on your device.

Open Bitget Wallet On the Bitget Wallet homepage, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and select "Bind Bitget Exchange Account."
3) Verify Your Identity Confirm your identity using facial or fingerprint authentication, then click "Bind." Read the pop-up message carefully, and tap "Confirm."
4) Confirm Binding in the Exchange App The app will take you to the Bitget Exchange, where you can confirm the binding. Ensure you’ve updated the Bitget Exchange app to version 8.23 or later before continuing.
Once binding is successful, you’ll be able to easily transfer rewards from activities in your wallet to your Bitget exchange account.
How to Unbind your Bitget account
1) On the wallet homepage, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then select "Bound."
2) Once on the page, tap the "Unbind" button. After confirming your identity using facial recognition or fingerprint authentication, the unbinding process will be complete.
Note: You can only unbind the same wallet address once every 30 days. Avoid repeatedly binding and unbinding in a short time.
Troubleshooting Binding Issues
If you run into issues when trying to bind your Bitget exchange account, here are some common reasons:
