As the only token of FTX, FTT will be used to support the entire FTX ecosystem. We have carefully designed the incentive mechanism, strengthened market promotion, formed a network effect, increased market demand for FTT, and reduced its circulation supply. The application scenarios of FTT include: 1) Platform token destruction/profit sharing: Before the total destruction of platform token FTT is reduced to half of the initial issuance, one-third of all commissions generated on the FTX platform will be used to buy back and destroy FTT. Part of the transaction rebates on FTX OTC will also be used to repurchase and burn FTT. 2) Margin collateral: Users can use FTT as a contract holding margin, which is also conducive to increasing the utilization rate of FTT and market demand. 3) Transaction fee discount: After FTT holdings reach a certain position, the holder will enjoy a discount on contract transaction fees. 4) OTC transaction rebates: holders of a certain amount of FTT can receive OTC transaction rebates. (There is no commission for FTX OTC transactions.) 5) OTC transaction repurchase: FTX will carry out a certain degree of FTT repurchase and destruction based on OTC transaction volume and income. 6) Share of currency holders: Our back-end testing and online simulation environment show that during the larger market period, our risk margin has shown a net increase without excessive apportionment; part of the net income of the risk reserve will be allocated to FTT holders as a share Yes. 7) Future prospects: FTT is the only circulation certificate in the FTX ecosystem, and it is the backbone of the FTX ecological layout; the future use of FTT will be more diversified, and we will add more other digital currency derivatives tools on the platform .
