Dear Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep) users, Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep) Swap was hacked on Oct 18, 2022 and resulted in asset loss for some Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep) users on BNB Chain and Polygon. With full compensation promised, we have launched a redemption portal for this matter.

The hacking, stealing, and selling operation in the Bitget Wallet (Previously BitKeep) Swap hacking incident happened during 01:51 - 05:18 (UTC+8), Oct 18, 2022. We have produced a list of victims based on on-chain data of that period. The USDT redemption amount will be calculated based on the hacker’s selling price. You will get the redemption within 24 hours after filing a claim. We would also encourage our users to help track down the hacker and recover the loss.
